Why consider setting up an Account?
Setting up an account helps simplify and streamline your checkout process. After creating an account and logging in, much of the information needed to checkout will be pre-filled for you. This provides you with a fast and easy checkout experience.
How long will it take to receive my order?
***Note: the following information relates to normal purchases. Pre-order purchases may take up to 6-8 weeks to receive from order date.***
We work to pack and ship orders very quickly, but sometimes after launch, this process could take up to 7 business days. If your tracking has been created, but your order hasn't shipped out, and it has been more than three business days, please email us.
For international orders, if your package has been sent out and you have not received it, please wait 30 days from the date of shipment before reaching out requesting a refund.
If no one is present at the time of delivery, the package will be left at your house. Buffbunny Collection cannot be held responsible for shipping delays or issues outside of our control (weather, forwarding issues, unknown addresses, incorrect addresses etc) or packages that have been delivered.
Any orders shipped internationally are subject to taxes, brokerage fees, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These “import fees” are the responsibility of the recipient of the order and will be their obligation to pay at time of delivery.
If you're trying to estimate when your order will be delivered, please note the following:
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Most USPS deliveries happen Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, although some locations may deliver on Saturdays.
Shipping costs paid for by the customer are nonrefundable.
If your tracking information has reported a successful delivery but you have not received it please contact USPS. We can’t take responsibility for lost/missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided with your order.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, due to how quickly we process orders and shipments. You must place a new order. We may be able to cancel your old order if it is not being processed for shipment.
If your order has not been sent out, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be happy to cancel your order if it has not already been sent out so you can order the correct items. If we are unable to cancel the order before shipment, the customer will be responsible for return shipping of the items.
**Side note: When your purchase is part of a pre-order there may be a longer window of time when your order can be cancelled and changed. Please contact us as soon as possible if changes need to be made.**
What if I received the incorrect item?
If we made a mistake with your order, then please email us through the contact page on the site. We will request photo evidence for our records, and provide a return label (domestic only) if an exchange needs to be made.
